Wechsler & Partner Unternehmensberatung AG stands for solution-oriented and long-term partnership support. Our drive is to proactively advise, relieve and accompany you as a client to allow you to reach your next destination successfully and at a safe cruising altitude – which is what the “Pegasus” in the Wechsler & Partner logo stands for.

Wechsler & Partner Unternehmensberatung was founded by brothers Beat and Thomas Wechsler in spring 1997 in Küssnacht am Rigi as a start-up in the field of tax consulting, trust and audit services for Swiss SMEs and cross-border companies. In 2009 we moved to new, larger offices at the Küssnacht site. In 2010 we were converted into a joint-stock company, and in 2012 we were able to open our branch in the heart of Lucerne.

Wechsler & Partner Employees are team players with integrity. We tackle steep challenges with equally steep commitment, joy and interest, have an open ear and empathy for the situations and concerns of our customers and support each other in a team. We communicate comprehensibly, openly and straightforwardly, and that in several languages (German, English, Italian and French). We also keep our expertise up to date at all times, on the job and taking in continuing education courses.

We comply with the laws and the QA Guidelines of the Audit Supervisory Authority. We follow the rules of professional practice and meet the high quality standards of our professional associations ExpertSuisse and Treuhand Suisse. Our advisory fees, as well as fixed price or ceiling-limit agreements on expenses for accounting, payroll and audit services, are fair and transparent.
